Employees of the UMC Utrecht pay for parking. To park at employees tariff, you have to possess a UMC Utrecht pass. Without the UMC Utrecht pass, you have to the visitors' tariff.
Employees with a paid appointment at UMC Utrecht (with parking authorization), have to park in Zuid and Noord parking garage. The drawn ticket does not have to be paid. At the end of the day, the UMCU pass can be used to exit the parking garage. If this does not work, use the information button at the exit. An employee from the control room can let you drive out.
The parking contribution of employees is deducted from the salary of the following month. I.e.: the parking contribution of January is deducted from the salary of February. In case you hold a UMC Utrecht pass, but do not have a staff number, you have to take a parking ticket in the car park and pay the visitors tariff.

Garage P-Zuid and P-Noord
Parking between 6.30 and 12.00 am in garage P-Zuid and P-Noord from Monday until Friday is € 3,- per day for employees. After 12.00 am, during the weekend and on holidays, parking is free. Employees who have a medical indication of the health and safety and environmental services, are exempted from paying parking fees. Volunteers also have free parking. A parking spot, however, is not guaranteed.
P+R Utrecht Science Park
The employee parking fee for the P+R Utrecht Science Park is fixed at € 2,- each time, when driving into the garage.

For parking along side the public roads, the usual rules and indications apply. If you choose to park at the University’s parking areas with the parking meters, you pay the visitor’s tariff of the University.

Parking on the UMC Utrecht grounds, is only permitted with the disabled parking card or a proof of exemption. Such proof of exemption can be applied for at FBparkeerbeheer@umcutrecht.nl.
