Will you be working at the UMC Utrecht in the near future? On this site, you will find information which is of concern to new international employees (guests, students, interns). UMC Utrecht has an agreement with the International Service Desk because they are specialized in matters for international employees. You can be assured, the ISD will handle and monitor the deadlines for the (visa) procedures.
What does the ISD do?
The ISD processes the visa and permit applications (and extensions) of all international employees of UMC Utrecht University. Within three days of their arrival in the Netherlands, they will be invited for an intake interview with someone from the ISD, to obtain help in finding their way around living and working in the Netherlands. International staff can also always visit the ISD for answers to their questions about housing, practical matters, etc. The ISD will contact you via an automatically generated email.
