Anyone working at the UMC Utrecht can request confidential advice from the officials of the bureau for ombuds- and confidential affairs:

• Ombudspersons (impartial and independent);
• Confidential counselor integrity;
• Confidential counselor  behavior.

The officers can inform, render (un) asked for advice, mediate, guide and refer.

This can be done in case of reports, questions, complaints or disputes  on the following topics:

• Work content;
• Labor relations;
• Working Conditions;
• Application of the employment conditions;
• (Sexual) intimidation, aggression, violence, bullying, discrimination;
• Suspicion of misconduct (s) / detection of irregularity (violation of integrity).

It is important that you dare to come. It can limit escalation of the situation. Confidentiality comes first. In principle, no action is taken without your permission.
