This page is for visiting staff, external employees, guests and other persons NOT employed by UMC Utrecht who have to bill the UMC Utrecht for expenses.

You can claim your expenses with our online claim form.
- You can only use this form if you are NOT employed by UMC Utrecht and receive no salary or allowance;
- Always add an attachment;
- Ask the department to whom you declare in advance for the WBS number or cost centre;
- You can only send in the form if it is fully completed.
